Return policy

EACH PRODUCT IS INDIVIDUALLY PRINTED TO ORDER, THEREFORE WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK SIZES AND DESIGNS WHEN ORDERING YOUR CUSTOM SPORTS JERSEY OR APPAREL.


Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Online team store orders are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and paid for. Each order placed is custom-made to the exact specifications of what the customer orders and pays for. Once a customer pays for the order, the charge is received and non-refundable from STR8 SPORTS, Inc.
